Owner + Baker
My husband and I, we are the owners of Artisan Home Bakery: micro bakery specializing in delicious sourdough breads, bagels and croissants located in Carlstadt, New Jersey.
My baking journey started while I was working as an editor and an author for a well-established cooking and lifestyle magazine. My responsibilities included overseeing website building and designing, seo managing. With all the experience I’ve gained, I decided to build and design my own home bakery e-commerce website from scratch. Having a bakery was always my dream and finally decided to give it a shot in 2019. I still do website design and building at Design 3.14.
The pandemic gave me the time and opportunity to concentrate on my sourdough breads and working all the details of managing a micro bakery. My husband has been a great help and supporter of my bakery’s success. He’s behind all the ups and downs. He also enjoys tasting and gives me great feedback of my bakes.
